Achiewell supplies specialty epoxy resins, surfactants, silane coupling agents, and specialty amines. In addition to the coating markets, we serve the 3D printing, lithium battery, personal care, adhesive, lubricant, agrochemical, fragrance, and household industrial & institutional markets. Dr. Chou founded Achiewell 15 years ago and brings 35 years of experience in the chemical industry developing and commercializing new materials. Dr. Chou has extensive national and international industry contacts for manufacturing and supplying specialty chemicals.
Josh Cui, PhD
Vice-President Operations
Dr. Cui brings years of experience managing supply chains of top chemical companies. At Achiewell, Dr. Cui utilizes world class logistics knowledge to understand proper supply chain forecasting and control successfully navigating today’s supply chain disruptions.
LeeAnn Barnes
Operations
LeeAnn joined Achiewell in 2014, she handles all Achiewell’s domestic logistic shipping network. LeeAnn has developed Achiewell’s extensive network of cargo and freight carriers and works tirelessly to ensure smooth and timely delivery of materials and fulfillment of orders. LeeAnn is instrumental for the on time, reliable, and undisrupted service that Achiewell customers experience.
Juli Thomas, Associates Degree in Business Administration and Office Management
Office Manager
Juli joined Achiewell in February of 2013. Utilizing her knowledge, education, and vast experience Juli, applies a meticulous attention to detail, when assisting customers and vendors with their requests. Juli handles all aspects of the bookkeeping including, but not limited to invoicing customers and paying vendors. She provides internal support to the staff at Achiewell for any administrative and HR needs. Juli’s goal is to help provide the customer with the best and reliable solution to their needs.
Patrick Shipman, PhD
Technical Manager
Dr. Shipman joined Achiewell in 2021, he has 10 years of experience in developing thermoset resins for aerospace, 3-D printing, and electronic applications. Dr. Shipman is versed in project management, product development, scale-up, technical service, and regulatory practices.
Julia Pavlova, MSc
Senior Technical Specialist
Julia joined Achiewell in 2018 and has over 25 years of industry experience in acrylic and polyurethane synthesis and coatings development. Julia perfected her R&D and formulation skills working for several top chemical manufacturers including Dow inc., Rohm and Haas Company, DSM Chemical Company, and DAP. At Achiewell Julia, supports multiple ongoing R&D projects and helps customers achieve their formulating goals.
